     "We have now had three home inspections done by Tony Hecht Enterprises. In our first home inspection conducted several years ago by Craig, the house was found to be in great condition with only a few minor issues that needed to be repaired. More recently, we have been in the process of purchasing an investment property. Tony conducted the inspection on the first property that we were purchasing and found an issue with the AC unit. Based on his findings, he recommended that we have an HVAC company come out and take a closer look. We followed his advice and had a company come out and examine the unit. Sure enough, the unit required extensive repairs which the seller was unwilling to pay for. As a result, we canceled the contract and continued our search. A month later we found another home and had another home inspection performed. This time, the home was found to be in great shape and we have moved forward with the buying process!   Overall, we have been EXTREMELY pleased with the work done by Tony Hecht Enterprises.
